02/11/2010 – The Ogdensburg Free Academy Boy’s Varsity Basketball lost to Massena School District team. The score was 62 to 61 in a league contest played at .
Ogdensburg lead most of the game with great defense and good rebounds. Gene Boyer drained a 3 pointer at the buzzer of the first quarter to put the devils up 17-14! After Gene Boyer scoring 18 straight boints, Massena took a timeout to come back and score 10 points putting the score at 29-24. The final score was 62-61 with Gene Boyer scoring 30 points and David Crowder sinking 17 points! Massena’s JP Dumas led the raiders with 26 points, Trever Bacon and Taylor Elsner each had 8 points. Both teams played a great game, but the Raiders pulled off the win after losing to the Devils in their first time playing this season!
